Profhilo
Regenerate the youthfulness of your skin
Profhilo is a moisturising treatment which is revolutionary due to the fact that the Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is injected “beneath the skin.” It has a prolonged stimulating activity on the collagen and elastin, which also attracts water into the deeper layers of the skin. The stimulation results in a significant tightening and lifting effect on the tissue. It has the highest concentration of H.A on the market. Ultimately, Profhilo helps to regenerate the “youthfulness of the tissue”. It boosts and hydrates the skin and remodels ageing and sagging skin.
The preferred regime is to inject the Profhilo into 10 areas of the face over the two visits a month apart. It can be used on the neck and hands as well.

What is Profhilo Treatment?
Profhilo is an injectable treatment for skin laxity that uses Hyaluronic Acid (HA). It is a bio remodelling treatment that can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands. It can also be used to improve the appearance of scars.
As we age, our bodies produce less Hyaluronic Acid (HA). This can lead to dryness, wrinkles and sagging skin. Profhilo is a new injectable treatment that can help to improve the appearance of these signs of ageing.
Profhilo is different from other injectables because it is made of a lower molecular weight hyaluronic acid. This means that it can be injected into the skin without causing damage or pain. The lower molecular weight also allows it to be absorbed by the skin more easily, which leads to better results.
What are the benefits of Profhilo?
Some of the benefits of Profhilo include:
- Thermally modified product not genetically modified, i.e Not a dermal filler.
- Highest concentration of HA on the market
- Hydrates and moisturises the skin
- Improves and restores the firmness of the skin
- Remodels sagging skin in the face and neck area
How does profhilo work?
Profhilo is a dermal filler treatment that works by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. This increase in new collagen and elastin production makes the skin more elastic and firm, and also helps to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. In addition to its firming and anti-ageing effects, Profhilo also helps to hydrate the skin by increasing the skin’s ability to retain moisture.
So how is Profhilo administered? Profhilo is injected beneath the skin using a very fine needle. The needle is inserted into the skin at specific points, and the product is then injected into the skin.

FAQs About Profhilo
What are the effects of Profhilo on the skin?
Profhilo uses hyaluronic acid to plump and hydrate the skin. Profhilo is a long term solution that will help to improve the overall texture and tone of your skin
What is the best age for Profhilo?
There is no definitive answer to this question as everyone ages differently and will have different needs and preferences. However, many experts agree that the best age for Profhilo is early 20s. This is when most people start to see the first signs of ageing, such as fine lines and wrinkles.
Profhilo can help to plump and hydrate the skin, giving it a more youthful appearance. If you are younger than 30 or older than 60, you may still be able to benefit from Profhilo, but you may want to consult with a dermatologist or other skin care professional first.
How long does Profhilo last?
Profhilo treatment lasts for around 6 months, and two treatments are recommended, though this will vary from person to person.
What are the risks of Profhilo?
The most common side effect that could occur is bruising or swelling at the injection site. Other side effects might include temporary redness and itching.
In rare cases, more serious side effects can occur, such as skin necrosis (death of skin cells) or an allergic reaction. These are more likely to happen if the injection is not done properly. Therefore, it is important to only receive Profhilo injections from a licensed and experienced professional – Please contact our clinic for consultation.
Is Profhilo painful?
Profhilo treatment is not painful, but some people may feel a slight sting when the needle is injected into the skin. The treatment itself is quick and easy, and most people only need to undergo two treatment sessions in order to see results.
What should you not do after Profhilo?
After receiving Profhilo treatment, it is important to not massage or manipulate the treated area. This can cause the product to spread outside of the injection area and result in uneven results. It is also important to not expose the treated area to extreme heat or cold, as this can affect the product’s efficacy.
Does Profhilo lift jowls?
While there are surgical options to correct this, such as a facelift, these are not always necessary. Injectable treatments, such as Profhilo, can help to lift and tighten the skin around the jawline, giving you a more youthful appearance.
